No, not all, if you end of loving the home and you want to buy then great, but you are under no obligations to purchase the home. You will sign a ” right to purchase” rider which is part of the lease agreement, this simply gives you the “right” to purchase. At the end of the lease if you are not interested in buying then you simply move out and your security deposit is refunded just like a regular rental agreement. No penalty for not buying the home.
The landlord takes care of all maintenance and repairs during your lease period. When a maintenance/repair issue comes up you simply contact our local professional property management team, by phone or your customized client portal and they respond immediately.
The security deposit is equal to two times the rent, paid when you sign the lease. The first months rent is due on the move in date. We will prorate the first month’s rent based on your actual move in date.
